This project for a homeowner in Milwaukee focused on transforming a small side yard into a usable outdoor living space. The team at R&R Enterprises installed a Unilock Brussels paver patio, creating a durable and attractive surface that complements the home’s exterior and provides a comfortable place to sit and relax.
One unique challenge on this project was an exposed electrical pipe running along the house. To solve this, our team designed and built a custom cedar bench seat along the back edge of the patio. The bench adds convenient seating while neatly hiding the pipe, giving the finished space a much cleaner look.
With the paver patio installed and the built-in seating in place, the homeowner now has a practical and inviting outdoor area that makes great use of the available space.
